The Connecticut Tech Act Project (CTTAP) operates out of the State of Connecticut, Department of Aging and Disability Services (ADS).

Who We Are

The CT Tech Act Project was established in CT in 1992! Our mission is to increase independence and improve the lives of individuals with disabilities through increased access to Assistive Technology for work, school and community living.

We offer a variety of Assistive Technology programs and services, directly and through our community AT Partner agencies. Our goal is to help individuals with disabilities of all ages and all disabilities, as well as family members, employers, educators and other professionals have access to Assistive Technology devices and services and to be a resource for you.

AT Advisory Council
Advises the CT Tech Act Project on Assistive Technology programs and services in CT.

The CT Tech Act Project, AT Advisory Council is made up of individuals with disabilities who use assistive technology (AT) and family members of; representatives of agencies and other individuals concerned with and interested in advancing the use of AT devices & services in CT.
