Eligible towns in CT have been divided into Eastern and Western regions. If you live in an eligible town, you will be served by either the NEAT Center at Oak Hill or UCP of Eastern CT. Please review the towns below for eligibility and to see which agency you should contact to begin the process of receiving BDD services.
